Welcome to Troop 305

Troop 305 is part of Pioneer District in the Blue Mountain Council in Area 1 of the Western Region of the National Council. Scouting is part of a World Organization.

To order uniforms, books or other scouting materials for your Scout there are two options; The first is through the local Trading Post at Blue Mountain Council and the second is through the online ScoutStuff.org national site.

The Order of the Arrow (OA) is the national honor society of the Boy Scouts of America. It uses American Indian-styled traditions and ceremonies to bestow recognition on scouts selected by their peers as best exmplifying the ideals of Scouting. More information can be found at this Wikipedia entry or the Offical OA site. Our local Lodge is WA-LA-MOOT-KIN Lodge #336 which is part of Section W-1E located in the Western Region.

Adults wanting to participate should contact the Committee Chair to discuss committee positions or the Scoutmaster to discuss leadership positions needed. Training is very important so visit MyScouting.org to take various trainings from Youth Protection to Weather Hazards Training. More information from our local council can be found here.
